mentor and guide as I received the 9 Rites of the Munay-Ki from her.
The Munay-Ki are the nine-gates or codes that have the ability to heal
and transform us through energetic transmissions given by a mentor who
has already undergone the process him or her self.
The Munay-Ki is a sacred
process that transforms us on many deep and profound levels and should
be given by one who can hold the sacred space as the initiate receives
the rites and begins their own process of transformation. I found Laurel
to be that person as she is the most loving and compassionate teacher
and mentor.
Laurel's ability to stay grounded, centered and focused during the
initiations helped me to embody the rites in a healthy environment for
myself. I could not have asked for a better teacher, mentor, or guide
to assist me in this loving process known as the Munay-Ki. I have found
Laurel to be an incredible multi-faceted healer and medicine woman and I
am ever so proud to now call her my friend as well.
