awakened world, while living a fuller reality in your sleeping world. The average person sleeps for 25 years during their life span, dreaming for at least 5 of those years, whether you remember the dreams or not. Why not do something fantastic with that time?
This vision quest has evolved as the DREAMS have come true ... WE WILL COVER:
Basic practices and rituals to enhance and support good sleep ~ the foundation for good dreaming. Preparing for the dream, encouraging the dreams to come. Working with a dream journal. Dream recall (we all dream).
Setting the dream realm, setting dream intentions—the making of the dream. Working with your day visions and your night dreams. Dream medicine. Working with herbs and oils to enhance dream work.
Lucid LIVING and lucid DREAMING. Working with dreams for healing. The Spirituality of dreaming.
Dream interpretation and creating your own dream vocabulary and dictionary.
Tracking the dream for greater meaning. Using the dream as a great teacher.

This Reiki training covers the fundamentals of Reiki. It is designed
to create an understanding of what Reiki is and how you can utilize
Reiki energy for yourself and others. Through the attunement process,
you will connect with Reiki Energy, learn how to develop a relationship
with Reiki that is all your own. Through this, you will begin your
journey as a healer. By learning to use Reiki on yourself, you will
promote balance, wholeness and a higher level of consciousness. This
higher consciousness creates a calm state of being that automatically
leads to healing of the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual body.
Reiki builds personal power and resilience that can be accessed at
anytime. When you create your individual understanding of Reiki, you
then become more capable and more available to assist other in their
healing process.
A mutual
phone/in person interview is required prior to registration in this
training. New student participation is set to to six new students. Two
certified audit positions are available. If you are interested in
auditing this class and you are not my student, an interview is also
required along with a copy of your certificate and/or the name and
contact information of your certifying Reiki Master.

A VISION QUEST using WORDS
On
Sunday October 23rd from 1:30 - 5:30 we will gather together to UPGRADE
journal writing to call in the absolute highest good for you while you
are in this Earth Walk.
If you utilize journal writing now this is right for you.
If you have yet to utilize journal writing this quest is perfect for you.
"Journal
Writing" is one of the great ways to self discovery. For those of us
who journal, it offers a way to connect with the intimate details of our
lives as we live them. For many who utilize journal writing as a
tracking system, we tend to focus on the negative, the less than
satisfactory details of our lives in the failures, the fanaticism and
the "F-ups" of our day to day existence.
I was one of those
people until I realized that my journal was not supporting me in the
same beliefs that I was consciously calling in to create my highest
good. Around this same time I was blessed with the birth of my first
grandchild. Grandchildren offer up all kinds of life changing
probabilities and you really start to ask yourself what are you living
for, what are you offering, what are you an example of, what will you
leave behind all that "for seven generations" stuff comes up, and
a little bit more.
One day while writing in my journal I
realized that when I pass, when I end my “Earth Walk” my children and my
grandchildren will gain access to my journals and the intimate details
of my life as I had lived it. At that moment I was writing something
that I would not want them to know. I stopped writing immediately and
read backwards in several of my journals. There was a lot that I would
not want them to read about me.
I spent days cutting, blacking
out, removing and eliminating anything and everything that
was really not worth reading, certainly not worth recording in “word”. I
removed those memories that I would not want children and my children’s
children to remember me by. The process was great.
I then
changed the way that I journal. The changes that I made changed my
life. I only wrote about the good and the good in my life started
increasing. We all know the energy of words spoken. Spoken words may be
forgotten (if we are lucky sometimes) but written words can be eternal
as they have a tendency to become a contract and at the very least they
are a declaration.
What do you want to declare in writing in your life?
We will cover a lot about journal
writing. We will fill the afternoon with magic. We will fuel our
imagination and spiral our thoughts with the use of essentials oils,
hydrosols, "at-most-sphere" sprays and flower essences. We will utilize
color to influence the intentions of our words. We will set the
visions of the words to "cut and paste" collage art ... for the GREATER
VISION of your VISION QUEST.
The currency exchange of this
vision quest is $55, with all materials included in the cost. This
VISION QUEST is limited to 10 participants so your pre-registration with
